Yermi Kurkus is the strategic architect behind the PeopleFlow⢠System and serves as Chief Strategy Officer for founder-led companies positioned for significant scale.
He works with growth-driven business leaders who lead high-performing teams and want to expand without losing clarity, culture, or control. His clients share three traits: theyâre growth-oriented, optimistic, and people-focusedâleaders who believe that people are the core of profit.
With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a proven track record of turning strategy into execution, Yermi works with founders to design self-managing organizations that scale with integrity, excellence, and purpose.
